The drive shaft safety loop for the 1963-67 Corvette has been a tough one to solve. The narrow drive shaft tunnel, a marginal crossmember, the narrow distance between exhaust holes for a solid mount has made it next to impossible to make a drive shaft safety loop that will fit properly and provide the strength needed for the job. On the 63 to 66 models the e-brake bracket is in the way and modifications will be needed The 67 year has a different arrangement our unit fits this year well.
